I'd look for a new Hispanic station in the Triad before an oldies station.

I beg to differ wth you... there already several spanish stations and NO ldies stations!   Jst like there are about 7 Country Music stations here and NO Oldies stations!

So odds are that someone would roll out an 8th country station, or a 5th Spanish station before the 1st oldies station.
Precedent says so.

If you get a New Oldies Station...  it will have to be an AM.
Hilton gave up...  got the Christian Dollar...  and ran!!!
Buck sold out to the Mexicans... Radio has Hit Rock Bottom
in the Triad.
