Looks like he may be out already at SNR. No sign of him on website.

There's a post on his Facebook wall from someone else telling him to let us know when they can hear him again, so it looks like Bruce is gone?

Jacobs is a talentless hack. No surprise that he didn't last long on SNR either. He doesn't have very many places left to go.

Speaking of talentless hacks, why can't SNR get rid of Stein? I would stream SNR all night long just to get to Czaban's show.

if Bruce Jacobs is really gone from there, they should look into John Fricke, and Hacksaw Hamilton. John is currently on Fox Sports Radio as a fill in/weekends. Last time I heard Hacksaw Hamilton on Fox Sports Radio was about two years ago. Both these host are great. Just my thought

No dice. SNR announced that Bob Berger and Craig Shemon have been promoted from weekends to Jacobs' former slot in a newly renamed "Gamecast."  Travis Rodgers (Jim Rome's former producer) also has been tabbed to host the 4p-7p EST slot... Rodgers is currently a host on SNR's 'tail wagging the dog' flagship KGOW/Houston. Don't know when the two shows launch, but it should be soon...

Hacksaw, by the way, is back at "XX Sports Radio" XEPRS/1090 in San Diego, helming the 10a-2p PST slot (partly because XX lost the syndication rights to Rome a few months back). Very much removed from either FSR, Premiere Radio, or CC.

Recorded in Ultra Stereo, the ultimately superior cousin to Normal Stereo!

Bruce Jacobs and Bubba the Love Sponge both fired in the same week, and both before Christmas?

I am having a hell of a good day.

I guess it's safe to say "the Bruce Jacobs experiment" that they kept mentioning his first week on the air was an epic failure.

I hope Bruce saved his money, or else he'll have to swallow his pride and take a government handout from Obama, a man who Bruce once ignorantly referred to as a dictator.
