They changed to KBMB last month. And they are ESPN in Spanish.

One of those my be possible, more likely KIRO... but I've heard Spanish under KSPN at night. I doubt it'd be Cuba, though, as 250kW XEW 900 in Mexico City barely makes it over the noise floor here
There are over a dozen stations in Mexico on 710 (at least for a while... as they move to FM; the Yucatán one may be gone already) including two on/near the Pacific, at Guaymas and Culiacán.

25 miles north of Chicago it's usually WOR, but not as strong as it used to be. I have heard Shreveport a few times in the past.

710 is not a viable signal here in SW Ohio, what with 700/WLW less than 25 miles from my receiver, however, if I rotate my antenna to just the right direction there is a window of a few degress where the 710 frequency springs free of the once mighty and respected, "Nation's Station".
When that happens, I can hear both WOR & what I assume to be Cuba on 710. Don't think it is Miami/Marti. Last time I tried, was back in '09.
A very long time ago, I was able to ID what was then rock & roll pioneer, 710/WHB Kansas City.

Miami is not "Martí" and never has been... Martí has always been on 1180, and has some programming on 540 from an airborne transmitter. 710 WAQI is Radio Mambí (Mahm-beé).

Here near the waterfront (Tampa Bay) in downtown St. Petersburg, 710 is a battle between WAQI and the Cuban station jamming them; at least in the car; when using a radio inside I can slightly adjust the rotating am antenna loop to get one of the other, since the Cuban station appears to be due south and Miami is southeast.
btw- Garfla, if you drive east to Winter Havenyou will find that WAQI Miami completely takes over, at least in a car radio; I suppose that being that far inland, the is little or water skip from the Cuban 710.

In Texas about 80 miles southeast of Dallas, daytime is Shreveport's KEEL with a fairly decent signal. At night it's a mixture of KGNC Amarillo (usually on top) and KCMO Kansas City, with just a hint of KEEL.
Sounds like a wine tasting to me.
