93.3 Jake-FM is trying to raise $9 million for the naming rights of the Ford Center, as Ford is not renewing their deal:

Would be cool to see a small radio operator manage to pull this off, but I would be surprised if Jake received $2 million.

Surely you understand that this is not a serious effort on their part. It's a fun way to raise money for the Oklahoma City Thunder charitable foundation.

LOL! I'd be shocked if they could rase 90,000... VERY shocked!  If we were talking about The Twister, I'd think they could muster 90k, but not Jake.  IMHO Jake is going to make the old My 1077 back in the day look like a whopping success. LOL!

Yeah, they couldn't even raise 90,000 for their St. Jude Radiothon last year..
