I'm not a lawyer and don't sit in court.  I don't have first hand information on the lawsuit, as I haven't seen it.  Again, as I pointed out the last time I mentioned this, I have been told by multiple credible sources that have no dislike for Brett, nor interest in seeing him hurt or fail.  The suit, from what I've heard alleges fraudulent business dealings.  However, being sued isn't an accusation.  I've been sued before.  The person was wrong, and the suit was dismissed.

But there are people on this board that exalt Brett as much as those that rip him.  And while every hot dog joke made by Sam (although entertaining!) isn't true, being fired and all but forcibly removed from a company you're part owner of, having a bad rep for dealing with some people, being sued for fraud, and being at the helm during an Arbitron fraud kind of wipe away the squeaky clean image some try to paint...wouldn't ya say?

I'm just sayin'...

I  say what ive said before over and over again. I want facts on the law suit which again no one can give  at all.   As to your second point which ive said over and over again I blame the investors for what happened to  Atlantic broadcasting, if they did there home work correctly they would of seen that the only experience that Brett had in biz world  was hot dog sales as ive said before  Brett had zero managment experience in radio and should of never been given the posiiton he got he did a good scam job to the investors so its there fault what happend not Bretts .  In the long run Brett still made out ok since he still owns part of the station .What do you have to say about that  Huh Huh Huh
