Oh, and I was picking up a station last night around midnight that ID'ed as WILL and from Chicago.

Sounds like you heard WYLL 1160.

WYLL does make into VA along with WOBM in NJ, both with rather poor signals. The other night I heard someone on 1160 say "KSL" and then "Washington" even though I don't know if I really did hear the Salt Lake City station in VA.

Sounds like you heard WYLL 1160.

  Good point! I was probably half asleep by then and it was a pretty noisy signal, so WYLL may have been the ID.  Cheesy
