Roddy mentioned this station the other day.  Here's a link to the press release on the new Gradick station.

Their website says 6k, the FCC and Radio-Locator say 1850W class A.  La Raza is a 4200W class A, but with lower HAAT.  The stick is a short throw from the AL line between Tallapoosa and Bowdon.  The short answer is probably no.  Douglas County if you're lucky.

On FM, a combination of power and height make signals equivalent to a different power and height.  In WWGA's case, I believe its power and height are equivalent to 6,000 watts at 329 feet.

Whichever direction 98.9 goes, they'd best not put a "B" in it - we might get some more eclectic postings here...  Roll Eyes

I think a safe bet would be 1) some flavor of country or 2) AC.

"Great Classics 98.9 10,000 songs in a row" Roll Eyes  Huh
Does that mean their playlist is 10K? As we've discussed before "ain't no way."

City of licence is Tallapoosa, GA, about five miles from the border with AL.  That's Moby's hometown.
