It sounds very much like a Musaz Enviroment Music/Smooth Jazz feed from 11pm-3am (or so).

Whenever a half-hour isn't sold on this brokered station they fill with uninterrupted music.

p.s. For those who didn't get it by now, we're talking about 930 WPAT (AM) in this thread, not 93.1 WPAT-FM ("Amor").
