The 650, 830, 890 and 990 and 1120 records are for "international notifications" that the FCC makes to Canada. There are no actual construction permits for real stations on those channels; they're just placeholders to keep Canada from licensing anything on those frequencies, as unlikely as that probably is.

Dan Priestly has been sliding his 1230 and 1240 around. I believe he killed off the Newport CP and is building a 1240 closer to Bangor now, or maybe a 1230.

WXME is on the air at 780 now from Monticello, ex-710.

I think the 1120 CP died unbuilt; not sure about 1530.

Many of these - most, in fact - belong to Catholic groups, and several are on the air or close to it, I think.

I believe Dan Priestly's Ellsworth station is on, but is moving to the Bangor area with his other 2 (the Newport CP has been wiped from the books)

90.5 WRGY Rangeley is on, heard them a few times doing an AC/oldies community radio format http://www.wrgy.org

90.5 WWLN Lincoln is on simulcasting 88.9 WMDR from Oakland/Augusta

91.5 WFYB Fryeburg is on simulcasting 95.3 WWWA Winslow/Augusta

As far as I know, the Ellsworth 1240 was never on the air. I frequently go by where their tower would have been, and nothing was every constructed there. I never heard anything on the air on 1240, or heard any mention of it in local paper. I did see the recent FCC listing for its application to move to the Bangor area.  The only other AM in Ellsworth is WDEA-1370, on the air since late 50's.
