For the second time in as many weeks, the standards format is back in a medium-sized market.
WXCO 1230 Wausau, WI has relaunched as "Sunny 1230," with some of its former talk programming remaining from 10pm to 6am. It seems to be more of a softer oldies-type format in the short time I was able to listen. Here's the link to the Internet stream:

Wausau used to have the Westwood One/Dial Global Standards format on 1390 WRIG, which is now a Fox Sports affiliate. Until WXCO's change, the only station in the area offering the format was 900 WATK out of Antigo, WI, also a Dial Global affiliate.
