DX report over the weekend
« on: July 07, 2011, 11:01:40 PM »

I'm a few days late and a dollar short on this. I was in eastern Arkansas during the 4th of July weekend and amazed to hear some stations from Jackson, TN come in like locals. 107.7 drowned out what little I could hear of 107.5. Wild 100 from Corinth, MS came in quite strong and KZ 103 from Tupelo drowned out the FM sports station from Jonesboro. Even a few from my hometown (the other Jackson) came in clear one particular morning.

Driving from Olive Branch to Collierville this morning at 7:30, I was getting 92.3 out of Jackson TN and 93.3 from Tupelo much better than 92.9 locally.
