Thanks for that Chris, and my best wishes to all on the list.  When I left there in 2005, it had to be the finest, most talented staff in my career.  It's sad to see what LF has done to what Jeff-Pilot gave them.

You really can't lay all the blame on Lincoln.

Just a tiny time after you left, several things happened:

-The recession hit.
-Smooth Jazz died as a viable format
-Streaming hit critical mass.

Every company in radio has been affected. I think LF is one of the longest-enduring holdouts in the areas of cuts and layoffs. The market has been off nearly 40% compared to the 2003-2004 period, and has only recovered a small amount and it's impossible to think that things will be "like the good old days:"
