I know this is a radio board, but wow... talk about a NY institution!!  She was let go from NBC-4 today.

There is some radio tie-in, I remember both Stern and Imus goofing on her while on WNNNNNNBC back in the 80's.

And there was her wonderful "What the **** are you doing?!" live on air promo.

Looked her up, didn't know she was 68.

Sue and Chuck Scarborough have been doing the news together for over 30 years. Probably the longest news team ever.

Actually, it was reported that her contract will not be renewed. So she will officially be "let go" in June.
