So who has live (local) DJ's on during the overnights?

WMTX, a CC Hot AC in Tampa claims they do, but the middays and evenings are VT'ed. Strange I guess

Maybe they have someone manning the building to monitor/fulfill EAS responsibility, and they happen to be the WMTX overnight person.

That is probably right. Tampa Bay also has 3 other stations that claim to be live overnights. They are community supported WMNF, the jazz portion of WUSF from 9PM to 5AM, and country formatted 97.5 in suburban Lakeland owned by Hall Communications

WPCM (Oldies & Beach 920 AM) in Burlington, NC appears to be live and local from midnight to 5 AM.

I believe WCCC Hartford is still live 24/7....WPYX Albany was...until the CC massacre of 2009....

WPCV is live and local overnight.
WMTX i haven't heard a live DJ overnights.
The last time I was able to get it as DX John Tesh  was on  at 9.

In that case... WLW in Cincinnati and WGN in Chicago

If WLW is included with Truckin' Bozo, WBAP ought to be included with the Midnight Trucking Network. I think KRLD also can count with Overnight With Charley Jones, which is based in DFW if I am not mistaken.
