WAMS now on 101.1 Ocean City

WAMS "The 80's Channel" is now on 101.1 Snow Hill, MD and repeter 105.1FM Ocean City, MD. WQMR is now on 1590AM and repeter 104.3FM, but playing the samething. Word is 1590AM and 104.3FM will have a seperate format soon. Stay Tuned....

Acording to wqmr.com website it is going to be Hot Talk 1590AM & 104.3FM.

As broadcasting continues to deteriorate it seems radio stations are changing call letters more often than I change my underwear. As a former dude at the original WAMS AM-1380 in Wilmington back in the 1970's I watch all of this with sadness. Cry

1380 WAMS.  Period.  For that jerk to pimp it around all over the penninsula is a disgrace.

Dude they are just call letters. Its 2011 call letters dont mean what they use to.
