Actually, I hear almost the same commercials as i would hear on Hot or KRBE or even KODA.
There are more commercials on KBXX than just bail bonds and clubs.
Of course there's more. Those are national advertisers. I'm talking about the local, direct money. Why would anyone want to fight that uphill battle when there's such an enticing alternative?
KODA is consistently at the very top of the ratings. Not near the top, at the top. Its cume is consistently over half a million stronger than KBXX and it has a strong money demo.
I understand you're an urban fanboy and you have a grudge against The Box, but thankfully, that's not how companies like CBS choose formats. They're going to go where the money is, not where it isn't. An urban audience split down the middle is definitely where the money isn't.
