It is my understanding that Jim Brand is still with WDVH-AM and is still airing the morning "Swap Shop" program.

As for the new WPLL 101.7, it's mainly CCM music. From what I have been able to identify, it appears it is being called Positive FM.
WPLL is carrying the WAY-FM programming. WAYT 88.1 in Tallahassee is the same (mostly) except WPLL is inserting local ads, whereas WAYT and other WAY-FM affiliates (Such as 88.3 in Panama City) are totally listener supported.

Interesting observation 901Rocks.  Indeed, a search for way-fm finds many stations with this format, most but not all in the non-comm reserved portion of the FM band.  Promos touting commercial free programming and listener supported programming. Could be they have existing commercial contracts that need to run their course.  None of the websites mention WPLL yet and a search for FL stations does not yet show Trenton 101.7.  Do the stations you are familiar with brand themselves as WAY-FM or Pulse, or something else??

WDVH's biggest commercial success was the Swap and Shop.  Lets see what happens Wednesday and Saturday morning.  Sounds like Jim Brand is doing a daily, shorted Swap and Shop on WDVH-AM now.

The WAY-FM stations I'm familiar with brand themselves as such. This new station does not, although I have heard them run "Today's Word On the Way" which is a daily Bible verse, that's the first thing I heard this morning, leading me to believe it was indeed a WAY-FM. I flipped down to 88.1 to compare, and the music was different. Later on in the day, the songs matched up on WAYT and WPLL. They did announce that "Swap & Shop" would continue on Saturday mornings.

The Way FM folks also run a turnkey CCM network that is basically an unbranded version of Way FM.  They have both commercial and noncommercial affiliates.
