edit: Only a court of law can impose a 'fine' so is it fine to call a NAL a fine?

Anywho, a spanking for Michael Powell is in order...

Little Powell was total P.O.S.  Unfortunatly, the current cast of clowns and it's ring leader are actually worse.

Compared to the current crew, Michael Powell seems like a saint.

Agreed.  The FCC keeps getting worse. Although Copps seems to lead a crusade against corporate radio (I can't blame him there) and has some misguided ideas on what how the public should be served opposed to what will really actually work, I feel he is the last guy up there that actually even has a slight clue about what broadcasting is all about.  Sadly, his term is ending soon.  That only leaves a bunch of cell-phone/data provider a**clowns that could care less about us or our needs at all.  All we are doing is holding up progress in their eyes of new spectrum to be auctioned off to their cellular provider pals.  They are very similar to some cities that use eminent domain as a way to increase tax income at the expense of those that get their homes and businesses stolen from them.  TV is who is about to get ripped off.
