What happened to KFSD?

Wanted to listen to the Sunday noon Sinatra, but they're broadcasting a "Cumulus Media Test channel".  Been going on for at least 4 hours now.

This has been going on for 6+ months, Sunday mornings, 8 to 9am. No monitoring, no worries, no listeners...

But it wasn't just 8-9 AM.  From the time I tuned in at 11:30 AM to the when I checked right before bed at 11:00 PM they were broadcasting this 30 second message over and over again.

I missed my favorite Sinatra at noon and Radio Deluxe at 1 PM.
