Here's the signal.  250 watts at 699 feet.  It's almost as good at 97.3's full power signal.  What will they do with it?

I don't know.  I'm too far north to be able to tell, but if you look at FCC filings, they have some interesting plans for 106.3 and 106.7 up north.

If CC does like they have in Atlanta, it will eventually be carrying WLW.  CC's 92.3 "Atlanta area translator" is carrying WGST.  Of course the WGST translator has better night time coverage than 640.  I live too far north and still get 92.3 WDEF Chattanooga.  IMHO WGST has the worst signal for a 50KW with a good low dial position station.  WLW covers this signal so why it is tied to WEBN I do not know.

Are they taking over the Air-1 repeater @ 106.3?  I heard it was on the old 96 Rock tower.  It looks like that's the location.

The difference is, WGST has a terrible nighttime signal.  WLW doesn't need any help.  I suspect this will be a music format and it will probably be simulcast on one of, or both of the 106.3/106.7 translators to cover the north side of the market.

And here's the proposed contour for 106.3.  Add the two signals and you got a pretty decent coverage.

From Radio Insight's Translator Report - November 6 edtion:

"The co-op moves of EMF Broadcasting and Clear Channel take us this time to the Cincinnati area. 106.3 W292CO Middletown, OH has applied to move to 106.7 where it will jump from 55 watts to 100, while rebroadcasting an HD subchannel of 107.1 WKFS. The move of the former will allow 106.3 W292DT Auburn, OH to jump from 10 to 250 watts rebroadcasting 102.7 WEBN-HD2. WEBN-HD2 is also due to be the parent station for 100.7 W264BW Norwood, OH."

So, it looks like they will be broadcasting WEBN-HD2 on these signals covering the metro (I-275 loop). Hmmm?

On a somewhat related note, no takers (yet) for the WNKU translator on 94.5 covering the north metro. Still would be nice if WDJO am would take it.
