Arbitron Suing Alabama's Magic Broadcasting

Arbitron is suing former subscriber Magic Broadcasting for copyright violations and breach of contract, saying the company used Arbitron data after the expiration of their agreement in March 2010.

I find it curious that Arbitron could sue over using a phrase like "the most listened station in the Wiregrass."   I've always taken those kinds of proclamations with a grain of salt because there's never any proof given in the promo, or it's some sub demo that's been broken down…

"The most listened to station in the Wiregrass.*  * - among men wearing clown suits in crawl spaces."

But still.  Is Arbitron the sole enforcer of these sorts of things?  I'm totally clueless on this.  Huh
