Ah, the mysterious and always rule-breaking Kalendar returns!  With only male demos...

There is a marked improvement in WEEI's performance.

The appeal of the lowest common denominator is again affirmed.

And from our own radio-info.com headlines:
>>Boston: The sports battle is almost neck-and-neck. Entercom's WEEI-AM/FM subsides, 3.4-5.6-3.8. CBS Radio's "Spots Hub" WBZ-FM holds 3.4-4.3-4.1.

That's PPM, 6+ continuous not 18-34, 25-54 as seen above.

TKK and RKO about the same. XKS gains a bit more again

I was scanning the list and saw that too. In some cases they bundled up stations that simulcast, like
WAAF and WKAF (with an "i" notation next to it) but for some reason they mentioned WXKS AM and
WKOX simulcast. Er, not since the Air America days (and for awhile, Rumba). (The list on radio-info)

btw I had mentioned that my HD portable display had Spanish-language music on WXKS-FM HD 2, one late night.
By day, it said "Talk 1200-Wxks am" (sic). The other night the display had Spanish lang music again
(most likely taken from WKOX 1430).But it definitely played talk, namely Coast to Coast.

I'm sure it's combined, there's always some little errors on that list, like 103.7 (WVEI) being owned by CBS!  REALLY?!?  hahah

For some reason, the ratings show WBUR-FM and WBUR-AM, but don't mention WCCT-FM in Harwich or WSDH-FM in Sandwich, which probably have more listeners than WBUR-AM on the Cape of Cod.

The second I saw who started this topic, I had a pretty good idea of what I was going to be reading.  This guy has no shame.  I don't recall seeing a post from him last month.  That also tells me something.

Your post brought a question to my mind.  Don't women count?  I never thought about it before.  Women spend a lot of money.  Toucher and Rich isn't a sports show, yet they are compared to D&C, why not include women in these numbers. 'EEI seems to always have the higher overall ratings.  Is that difference made up of women?
