Yes, Bill Cunningham is not here in Columbia, South Carolina.  WHO CARES!!  Columbia is ranked between 80th and 90th in the U.S. TV market.  One show I wanted to see, but is not aired in Columbia is "The Jeremy Kyle Show."  I don't know why it's not airing here, but you can't have everything in life!

And it's very cheap Entertainment Studios filler, that's acted (and probably) has a script. Same with America's Court w/ Judge Ross. Would rather watch Judge Mathis or Joe Brown.

As stated before, Bill Cunningham is only shown on Tribune stations, since Tribune produces the show, & for now, has no syndicator distributing the show (they exited the syndication business in 2006).  Until Tribune Company can find a distributor, Bill Cunningham won't air outside of the Tribune markets (Tribune owns no stations in Milwaukee, or in any part of Wisconsin for that matter).  Chicago is the nearest market to you, & depending on how well WGN-TV can be picked up in the Milwaukee area (other than Racine & Kenosha Counties, where the signal is strong enough to pick up), you might get the station, & still see the show at 2pm CT.

According to this morning's Taylor on Radio Column The Bill Cunningham Show will be moving to The CW Network airing 3PM-4PM Eastern replacing Dr. Drew's Life Changers.

Is Comedy.TV still on the air, or was it just dropped locally?

You're not missing much, as it's basically a mash-up of Jerry Springer (minus the fisticuffs and transvestites), Steve Wilkos and Maury Povich - all done with a dainty British accent and a on-staff family therapist.

The last episode that caught my eye on the quad-box at work made me think "where do they find these people"?

I forgot where I read it, but this one surprises me.  In Chicago, Bill Cunningham stays on WGN-TV, but will move to the 3-4pm timeslot.  I don't know what will fill the 2-3pm timeslot currently held by Bill Cunningham.  In markets where Tribune doesn't affiliate with the CW, they'll lose the rights to the show, as it moves to CW Daytime, & some Tribune markets have a competitor affiliating with the CW.
