What Appears To Be A Former AM Stick in Globeville (North Denver, CO)

Near Ringsby and Washington in North Denver there is what appers to be a former AM stick. The stick is over 200 feet in height.
What was or is this tower? The guy wires go into some local buildings. Very odd!
