Rtv returns to quad cities

While waiting on metv I looked to see what I was missing on rtv. In affilliates they list davenport as soon. Any idea where it is going?

This is a surprise-- almost as big as losing RTV on WHBF 4.2 in the first place. Oh well, at least I'll get to see 'He-Man' again...
