I noticed one of the Iranian channels on Galaxy-19 has a nasty "snivet" running through it. last night. It's a hum loop, but is modulated by some RF noise, so it sort of "shimmers". Last time I saw one that bad, it was the local Cable headend, which had those bulbs over the back doors. One was bad, and was radiating on to the shields of the satellite dish cables.

Maybe I'll e-mail them...I'll bet they are in one of those warehouse-strip buildings, with metal halide lights.
