Could be a stronger Breeze blowing from the top of One HSBC Plaza if the FCC grants the application of Calvary Chapel Of The Finger Lakes for 102.9 W275BB: 220 watts @ 500+ feet, directional.

The question remains, will the increase in power/antenna height make an appreciable difference.

Isn't that going to be clobbered by WTSS with 110 kW on second-adjacent 102.5 from one side, and 50 kW WEDG just down the road at 103.3 on the other side? Anything but the most selective FM tuner is going to leave that translator swamped and drowning...
