Don't count on a perp walk or a frog march. Won't happen. This is just a misdemeanor, and if he is charged, he'll just turn himself in at the police station, with his lawyer in tow of course.
He won't spend a moment in jail. He has a smart lawyer who will tell him to plead guilty and pay the fine. It'll be forgotten by next week.
As for what will happen to him vis a vis his job at KTRH, who knows? Controversy attracts listeners, and he'll probably get a pay raise.
He's hired (or has been provided) Dick DeGuerin. Since anyone can file paperwork, I tend to think the big guns are out because a protracted period of trouble is anticipated. There may be no perp walk, as you say. Then again, having dropped the ball on the first investigation, HPD may feel some pressure to come with a more heavy hand.
