OK, they've already announced Odessa, Lubbock, Abilene, and San Angelo.  Meanwhile, the rest of the state....

So if MyNet in Houston and DFW isn't flipping or re-arranged, and no Fox/MyNet subs open up in either place, what's left?  All DFW has left is LPs (the announced Miami station is an LP, BTW) to choose from (sorry, not as familiar with Houston's market)... the only full-power that wasn't already affiliated with something in DFW was KTAQ (now KTXD) before London snapped it up to eventually flip it to MeTV.  Austin's Fox station is an O/O so it won't have a sub opportunity there either.

Would any of the non-O/O Fox stations around the state consider MundoFox for a sub?  The only non-major-net stations in Tyler/Longview seem to be mostly religiousness, and KFXK/51-KFXL/30 are the only major-net stations in the market without a Spanish-language net for a sub there.  MundoFox might have a problem in a market like Sherman/Denison, as both stations there are pretty much loaded down (main/subs).

In Houston, 61.3 has been blank since Liberman turned it on. I guess that would be a possibility. Maybe 39.3, which was abandoned by Universal Sports. Obviously, Tribune made a deal with NBC for sports coverage so it wouldn't be unprecedented for them to carry a competitor's offering.

LibertyNT:
I wouldn't rule out FOX putting it on KDFI 27.2

X-Man:
Looks like Bounce TV is going to take up residency on 27.2 according to www.bouncetv.com/find unless it goes on 27.3 or on KDFW on 4.2.

Houston already has six full-power Spanish language stations carrying Univision, Telefutura, Telemundo, Azteca America, Estrella TV and Mega TV.  There's also Multimedios on one of the LPTV's.

I have the feeling Fox O&O KTXH (currently MyNet) won't be flipping, else we would have heard about it already.

Unless the owners of true independent KUBE/57 are dissatisfied with the station's current incarnation (it was formerly Azteca America and later TuVision) it appears MundoFox will wind up on a subchannel or LPTV.  I expect to see something pop up on KIAH 39.3 fairly soon, plus the two new African-American targeted services (Kin and Soul of the South) will certainly find a home in Houston.  So anybody's guess as to where MundoFox will go.  Maybe it really does wind up as a .2 of KRIV or KTXH.
