Where to find Arbitron daypart breakouts
« on: March 08, 2012, 11:10:31 AM »

If the company we work for doesn't see fit for whatever reason to share daypart numbers, are they available elsewhere?

Thanks.

Yes, you can subscribe to Arbitron.  Start an agency and get the numbers at dirt cheap rates.  Just don't share them with your station.

Think of what you just said.

Maybe in a different context it would be easier:

"Dad did not buy me a Porsche. Where can I get the use of one for free?"

Well, you know, I work part-time in radio, and have never been a programmer, and so I don't know *anything* about this stuff. Which is the reason I came here, to this forum of – professionals – expecting a polite reply, such as, "Arbitron ratings are only available to stations who subscribe."

But, no, you chose to be less than polite or even the slightest bit professional.

Thanks. I'm *SO* sorry to have bothered you. Maybe you need a little more fiber in your diet. And maybe, one day, when you have a need for an answer in an area in which you are ignorant, someone will treat you considerably better than you have me.
