V @ #1, WSB-WALR tied, B unchanged, Kicks > Bull, Star up- More in Feb. Arbitron

February 6+ Arbitron People Meters are out and here is the VERY detailed look at the ratings:

Top 10
V-103 is on top once again.  They are killing it in the ratings, this time with a 9.1 share, down .7 from last month.
News/Talk WSB is tied with sister-station KISS-104.1  WSB is down .3 of a share from January.
KISS 104 is tied with sister-station WSB Radio, up .4 from last month.
Hot (107-sometin') took a .6 leap, up to a 5.7 in February.
Star94 is undoubtedly ATL's best LOCAL-ORIENTED station, this month up half a share in February. (5.6)
Majic This misspelled station on 2 extra- unneeded stations, pulls in a 5.4, up .7 since January.
Praise They are prasin' God, up .1 share from last month, pulls in a 5.3.  Hallelujah!
Q100 Tied with Praise, 5.3
The Fish 4.5 is all they get, not much over "we-call-rap-soft-rock" B98.5fm
B The same rating they got last month, Cee Lo isn't doing much for them, is he.  4.4 share

I don't see a lot in these ratings.....other than Magic going from a 4.7 to a 5.4.

Rap WHTA also up. They must be playing something that WWVA is not (but should).

Oldies 106.7 down a flip (about 10%) as they need to tweak their format (as if Culumus really cares).

Hot used to be an 18-34 skewing station but as the hip-hop audience has aged, their 25-54 numbers have skyrocketed. Amazing that Hot is No. 3 25-54!

That's a shocker!  HOT has added more R&B to the playlist lately and middays with Maria More are music intense.

Yes.  They previous format was only old school R&B.  The new format consist of current R&B along with the older hits.
