Not surprisingly, Madonna created a stir with her surprise appearance onstage with Saturday night’s headliner, DJ Avicii, at the massive Ultra Music Festival in Miami’s Bayfront Park. But the reaction continues to crackle across the Facebook landscape, with Madonna’s motives the target of an expletive-laced rant from the influential DJ Deadmau5 and even more withering criticism from young Ultra fans.

I almost fell out of my chair when she appeared to introduce Avicii. What is she doing there??? She needs to stick to pop!!!

I believe the more appropriate word, with her faux British accent, would be poseur.

Since she's female, she'd be a poseuse. The suffix -eur is masculine. And that's about all I can remember of my Introduction to French (IFR101) course....
