I often listen to 1540 or 990 in Massillon when I'm down there so that I can hear the ESPN network....as IMHO ESPN is kinda inbetween 923TheFan's occassional blandness and KNR's silliness.
Prob with ESPN, any of thier platforms, is they are slanted. They are "in bed" with the NBA and the SEC and the Univ of Texas and now USC, among others. So you never know if you are getting honest news/ reporting or just a company line to keep thier "partners" happy. Dont hear much of anything on the NHL from ESPN, do you?? Wonder why? Its because they dont broadcast thier games, so they dont wasted thier broadcast time promoting/ discussing them.
Its all very skewered anytime ESPN is involved, at all. You just cant trust what you are hearing/ seeing on their air.
