The Oakland Seals moved to Cleveland in 1976.  They played for two seasons as the Cleveland Barons.
(Cleveland Barons had also been the name of Cleveland's prior AHL team).  They were acquired and merged into the Minnesota North Stars (who are now the Dallas Stars) in 1978.
