Have they forgotten about Seattle's KNHC, which is (nearly) a full-market signal?
Don't forget about Mesquite, TXs KEOM which is a 61 kw C1 in the DFW Metro.

KEOM is a strange situation. Looking at their website and their descriptoin, its a radio training ground for teenage students, yet its format is
oldies Classic Hits aimed toward what seems to be a Baby Boomer audience.
I've got to applaud KVIT (and, to an extent, KNHC) for being radio targeting the high-school audience while serving as a way to train students in radio.
