How many web only all-news radio stations are there?

The only all-news station that I can think of thats web only is News Radio international. Its Web only and they do all-news better than the commercial operations. Its more like Pacifica radio and NPR.

When people are asked the most important elements in a news format, invariably the top responses include:

Correct Time
Traffic
Weather

So help me understand how a web-based all-news station will serve the audience(s) seeking the above? And by the way-- Sirius/XM already air CNN, MSNBC and Fox News if you want a national presentation.

I forgot CBS has the CBS Radio News Feed on Radio.com.
