Radio 104 Audio

Radio 104 has been in mono the past few days. On the mono baseband, I heard several pieces which sounded like bad mp3's. What's up? The hideous hd signal seems to be as strong as ever...

I've also noticed no stereo, no RDS, but HD is still running along with subchannels, since at least Saturday.
