That's a funny one.

Is it ever possible for a person to leave a job in radio simply because they wanted too?
Is it ever possible a jock got canned because they just aren't a good employee?

I read a blog the other day written by a jock who complained he was downsized three times for voice tracking. I know there are great jocks that are excellent employees and still get downsized, but after three times it might be time to start looking in the mirror instead of blaming corporations. It's possible you just weren't as good as you thought. Use that as motivation to improve.
