Wanted to post: there is a radio station available for sale in Southeast Louisiana. Contact johnwarnerneworleans@yahoo.com
FM station and the owner is financing. Not a bad deal in these times! Just think: it's your chance to own a piece of the industry.

Well, trying to keep it somewhat confidential. Competition could be reading here. However, e-mail me and will be happy to disclose. I will say it's a good first time, starter station. Upside revenue wise is good and the market is very healthy. So, if your a first time buyer or just ready to run the show, "this is it." It is the only station in the area to sell in over 15 years.
