Are his ratings good enough at night to make him attractive in the mornings?  How is this going to work?

This makes sense

I'm still in the doesn't make sense on the surface boat.

It is almost like it is the "see we tried everything" before breaking a certain Gentleman's agreement with another company.

I'm willing to bet they are clearing out the post-PM drive slot for a Tom Lykis return. I do not like, enjoy, listen to or endorse Lykis, it's just a hunch.

Leykis and RMS are frienemies at best, but I can see CC making that move if the deal is right and leykis is willing to syndicate the show, as he is currently doing a webcast..

I say bump em all to 1190

Live 1190 Lineup
L&T Mornings
Pugs and Kelly after L&T (eh why not, enough $$ could bring em back)
Russ Martin Afternoons
Lykis Evenings
Coast To Coast AM Overnights

Or hell, Bring back all of the 105.3 personalities and pop em on 1190.

It sure would do better than whats on there now.

Leykis isnt interested. I listen pretty regularly on the tune in app. Show is way better now then when it was on terrestrial.

How is Nikki Sixx any different than the other aging rocker David Lee Roth's show?  Haven't we seen this movie before?

I still say JCW is the best undiscovered hot-talker in the market.  His noon show on 1190 was a bit green, but you could hear where it was headed.  Russ's sidekick trey posted this air-check that JCW and JD put together auditioning for KEGL morning slot.  I guess they're beating their drum JD got bumped for Nikki Six for Eagle Mornings.  Here's the link to Trenholms FB with JD & JCW's demo

Looks like, smells like, feels like the iHeartRadio Music Festival 2 to me.

No I am not. Just was making a sorta funny post. I thought it was an announcement for the iHeartRadio Music Festival 2, as Clear Channel is doing it again this year.
