Lawsuit Could Lead To 95.5 Losing Their Mojo...
« on: May 04, 2012, 05:36:08 AM »

What started as a bit on Channel 95.5's "Mojo In The Morning" last fall has evolved into a lawsuit against Clear Channel. Rob Graham, who recently quit his role on the show as "Rob The Web Guy," is accusing Thomas "Mojo" Carballo of workplace bullying, as well as violating HIPAA guidelines.

I heard some of that bit, the "victims" discussion of the events AND his attorney.

I've been in this game for years. Sat through some wrongful term lawsuits.

He has nothing. Zip, zero. Lotsa luck.

probably hoping that the insurance company rides in, like a white knight, and pays a nuisance settlement.

Its a non meritorious case.

This makes way for Puddin's Playhouse to come over to 95.5 FM since Puddin and Shay Shay's Puddin's Playhouse morning show got kicked off of 98.7 AMP RADIO.

Shay Shay was a former dj at CHANNEL 955 aka 95.5 FM here in DETROIT, so I don't think Clear Channel would rehire her at their company since she decided to leave. But Puddin has never worked for Clear Channel in DETROIT, although he did work on air for Clear Channel in Grand Rapids, MI.

955 would never hire Puddin, and I am doubting that Clear Channel would give up Mojo either. He is to huge for the station, and 955 cant afford to lose their morning show.

If they do lose Mojo, they better find a good morning show, and fast, or they will lose their audience.
