I'm surprised the dropping of the Elvis Duran Morning Show didn't hit the boards, or maybe I missed it...

Any sign of a ratings bump in the mornings with the music-intensive focus?

Any word on when/if a jock or jocks will be hired for the morning show?

hmmm didn't even notice but haven't really been listening to them latley.  I see that Seacrest is still listed on their site but no sign of Billy Bush.  I believe they got a new MD Or PD or something a couple months ago right? Maybe they want to go less personality more music.

Yeah, no more Billy Bush, but I thought I read somewhere that his show was cancelled all together.  It's interesting though, cause their Drive Home shift is a bit more personality driven.

I'd say the fact that it didn't merit any mention among the dedicated radio fans on these boards speaks volumes as to why it was dropped.

From what I can tell, KMVA hasn't hired a jock or jocks for years.  I don't expect them to do so any time soon.

Nope Cumulus dropped it from its CHR stations. Dial Gobal now syndicates Billy Bush on a few new stations.

They are replacing Billy Bush with Mario Lopez.. not sure if that is a good thing or not. I would be interested to hear the new Perez Hilton Live show coming later this month. I believe Adam Bomb is co hosting with him.
