While both are co-owned, for a lot of my area KZ is the only true classic rock which has any kind of good signal. WIMZ-FM is darn near impossible to receive in McMinn County and environs. WLLJ J 103 overdeviates so much, few tuners in the county will separate them. My HH Scott 312d is the only tuner which will hold WIMZ without fades on anything but a super directional Yagi on a rotator.

Tower height is what probably matters more in the Chattanooga area. The mountains to the west kill off KZ on the Nashville side. 106.7 in Nashville is not a spacing issue with it's small signal. Have to admit that this co-ownership situation is indeed a positive thing, even if Crums is at the hellm.

Hoping a move could possibly get KZ back into Huntsville via DX, But if they decrease power I can pretty much forget it ever overpowering the 106.5 translator here again Sad
