Talkers New Media Seminar 2012
« on: May 18, 2012, 06:36:08 AM »

Back to the future: Sean Hannity is this year's keynote speaker. He was the keynote speaker in 2008 (the last election year).

Talkers says this will be the quickest sellout of the NMS in its 15-year history. Mind you, they've resorted to selling tickets exclusively to folks actively involved in the radio industry this time around.

Nothing like a massive embracing of the status quo, no matter how fatally flawed it is.

It will be my first year in the "Talk Rumble" - I'm pretty excited!   Cool

@Ian: There's nearly a dozen people scheduled for this year's "Rumble"! When I attended the seminar four years ago, there were eight participants...

Take note, Dr. Daliah: two familiar names - Andy Dean and Heidi Harris (former KDWN colleague) - are in the "Rumble" this year...

Glad you enjoyed it! They usually do a good job organizing it. There should be footage and highlights posted over the course of the month at http://www.talkers.com.
