IMO as long as they keep playing Hot AC-exclusive tracks like Eric Hutchinson, Mat Kearney, John Mayer, Nickelback "Lullaby", etc., Mediabase is going to keep them on the Hot AC panel

Still Hot AC. Just a re-brand and (judging by Mediabase) a bit of a refresher on currents. Perhaps trying to squeeze Cumulus Top-40 KLIF- I-93 out?

Seems like 103.7 Lite FM might be trying to pick up the Hot AC slack..They have been playing songs such as Ceelo-Forget You and Cobra Starship-You Make Me Feel. Sounds like a weird playlist for AC

I wouldn't call that weird. Both have reached the Top 30 of the AC chart. Just another sign of the times.

I'm not aware of any other major market AC's playing Cobra Starship (never charted high at all) or Gotye (yet).

They are playing Goyte on KIFM in San Diego. It not a Smooth Jazz or Smooth AC station anymore. Its now mostly AC.
