domain name registration abound, what's brewing??

seems Emmis and Clear Channel are registering many "The Brew" variants of domain names the past few days. radio insight has reported something's about to go down at Gen X 100.3,   with something also "possible" at 94.7 kshe


anyone reading anything else into this?
