This person found this broadcast on 94.5 FM. I think it's most likely splatter from 94.3 out of Paducah, KY....But then again, this IS Karnak, IL....

It sounds like adjacent splatter from a strong nearby station, definitely not an alien transmission. I think somebody has been watching too much Ancient Aliens.
