My guess would be Gary Smith from WSBG. I know a lot of people who were angry at WSBG for getting rid of him and never tuned back. Also, the one promo mentioned "The Voice of The Poconos returns" which was what Gary was referred to as sometimes. Even if it isn't Gary, it's probably someone good considering the owner of WABT truly cares about his station. You rock Bud!

Yes!  I would bet it is Gary "In the morning" Smith who will do the mornings for WABT. I am sure this will not be welcome news for Chuck and Joann's morning show on WSBG (if true) as ratings continue to slip in that time slot.  Another misery added to the list of growing uncertainties for Nassau's WSBG.

Gary Smith will be on Pocono 96.7 starting July 1st according to his facebook page. This is really great for the area, as he had been on WSBG for close to two decades prior to Nassau firing him. I'm sure the community will set their radios, if they haven't already to 96.7 hearing Gary in the Morning.

That's good news for WABT.  However, there is still a problem with their signal in downtown Stroudsburg.  A lot of fading of the signal occurs in those areas. Their strongest signal is to the north which is less populated. Work is needed to improve the signal in the strongest populated areas. Rule of thumb in signal quality is "arm chair listening" on a portable radio inside your home or business. Maybe this company needs to consider a translator for the downtown areas?
