Where is Frank Foster now?
He used to call me for rides in my cab. We got along well. Peter Forsythe is his real name and the last time he rode with me his health was not good. That was 3 years ago. I inquired on the board some time ago but received no response. He was renting a room in a house.
I went by the house but got no response.

I engineered Frank's short lived WGUL/WLSS show for about two months in 2007 before asking to be taken off of it. Frank was generally very nice, but unnecessarily demanding for a brokered host, and also he was a hugger... I am not, so... him trying to hug me every Saturday afternoon was not my cup of tea.
Anywho, I had the impression that his "producer" who tagged along with him was his lover (not that there's anything wrong with that), but their interactions on air could only be described as flaming lol. I'm also pretty sure he used to blast up in the parking lot before coming into the studio (not that there's anything wrong with that either), but I never smelled any ganj on him because he already reeked of baby powder and old man smell.
I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I still have the lamest looking Frank Foster T-Shirt for sale. It's all white, and says The Frank Foster Show on the pocket, with the corniest looking rainbow you've ever seen.
It's spectacular!!!It doesn't sound as though your experience with Frank Foster was a very happy one.
I think that curious as you were the one who brought him up.
