KPST 103.5 signs on with Regional Mexican. Still no Spanish AC in the market. Also a recent sign on is KPSF 1200 with financial news. At KDES Bob O'Brien upped to PD and moved to mornings. Jonny Bruce takes over mid-days. New KDES/KPSI GM is Jack Broady, who retains his afternoon drive shift on Hot AC KPSI-FM 100.5.
